All quotations depend on stock, fabric, colour, quantity, artwork, print method, packaging and delivery destination. Production begins only after written approval and payment according to the quotation.

These policies explain how quotations, artwork, manufacturing, payments, dispatch and support are handled. The written quotation and invoice for each order contain the final commercial terms.
18+ Purchase Requirement
Orders must be placed by customers aged 18 years or older or by an authorised representative of a business, institution, club or organisation.
Artwork & Brand Rights
Buyers must own or hold permission to reproduce every logo, name, image and design supplied for printing. Unlawful, infringing or prohibited artwork may be refused.
Mockup Approval
Digital mockups show approximate placement and scale. Screen colours may differ from printed fabric. Buyers must review spelling, artwork, sizes and placement before approval.
Payment & Invoice
Payment stages are stated in the written quotation. A valid invoice is issued for paid work. Payment information must only be shared through approved payment channels.
Production Timing
Timelines begin after artwork approval, stock confirmation and required payment. Delays may occur due to material availability, transport, weather, holidays or events outside reasonable control.
Cancellation & Refunds
Custom-made goods cannot usually be cancelled after material allocation or printing begins. Any eligible refund is calculated after completed work, ordered material and third-party charges.
Quality & Variance
Reasonable manufacturing variation may occur in fabric shade, dimensions, stitching and print placement. Report material defects with photographs within the period stated on the invoice.
Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Buyers must provide a complete address and inspect packages promptly after delivery.
Privacy Policy
Contact, delivery and order details are used for quotations, production, invoicing, shipping and support. Information is shared only with service providers required to complete the order or meet legal obligations.
Acceptable Use
The website and WhatsApp desk must not be used for fraud, harassment, unlawful content, automated abuse or attempts to disrupt business systems.
Business Disclosure
Eagle Cricket & Football Jersey Factory operates as an independent custom sportswear service. Product imagery is representative. Final jersey specifications appear in the approved quotation and invoice.
